Why I do this work
For years, I watched leaders carry more than anyone realized — the pressure of decisions, the emotional labour of supporting teams, and the responsibility of holding culture together in complex environments.
Many were successful on the outside, yet internally navigating overwhelm, disconnection, or burnout. They didn’t need more strategy. They needed emotional clarity, grounded presence, and a space to think honestly.
