Nimir Raval, ACC (ICF) Certified Coach and Holistic Wellness Practitioner, brings a transformative blend of Eastern wisdom and Western methodologies to his practice. He employs an integrative approach, combining counselling, vedic principles, mindfulness techniques, and energy work with modern coaching strategies to foster holistic well-being. Nimir specializes in guiding clients and companies through stress management, emotional balance, personal growth, and organizational wellness. With a deep commitment to individual and collective transformation, he creates a nurturing space for exploration and growth. Nimir's expertise encompasses burnout prevention, lifestyle optimization, and mind-body harmony, empowering clients to discover their unique path to sustainable health, vitality, and fulfillment.
Ana Sharma
Ana, a Registered Professional Counsellor - Candidate (RPC-C), employs a diverse range of therapeutic approaches including CBT, DBT, strengths-based, and solution-focused therapies to support her clients' healing and growth. She specializes in treating anxiety, panic attacks, depression, life transitions, and grief and loss. Ana consistently maintains a trauma-informed perspective in all her sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for her clients to discover what works best for them.
Jon Burkinshaw, BEd, MC, CCC, RC | Registered Counsellor (ACTA) | Canadian Clinical Counsellor (CCPA)
Jon empowers clients to recognize their strengths and make positive life changes. As a trauma-informed counsellor, he builds safe relationships to facilitate personal growth. Jon uses various therapies including strength-based, clinical hypnosis, narrative, EMDR, developmental psychology, and solution-focused approaches. He works with individuals aged 12 and up, as well as couples. Jon's background in education provides valuable experience with adolescents and adults.
Leena Holopainen is a fully certified Registered Massage Therapist with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC).
Leena graduated in 2021 from Alberta Institute of Massage with honours. She is trained in a number of massage techniques including therapeutic, deep tissue, swedish/relaxation, sports, TMJ, MVA, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization, stretching, and hydrotherapy. She is committed to providing personalized care to each client, tailoring her treatments to address specific concerns and needs. In her free time, Leena loves travelling, being outdoors, spending time with family and friends.
