Leaders come to me when the stakes are high, the pace is relentless, and the emotional weight of responsibility becomes difficult to name out loud. My work is to create a calm, human space where clarity returns, pressure softens, and leadership becomes aligned again.
For more than two decades, I've worked at the intersection of emotional intelligence, trauma‑informed practice, cultural humility, and organizational leadership. That integration shapes how I support leaders who carry far more than most people ever see.
I began my career in social work, sitting with individuals and communities in moments of profound challenge. Those early years taught me how people respond under pressure, how systems shape behaviour, and how essential grounded presence is when everything feels uncertain.
As I moved into leadership development and organizational consulting, I saw the same pattern everywhere — in boardrooms, non‑profits, public sector teams, and mission‑driven organizations:
Leaders were trained in strategy, but not in the emotional and relational realities of leadership.
They carried the weight of decisions, people, culture, and conflict — often without a steady place to process the internal load.
It became clear that leadership is not simply a cognitive skillset. It is emotional, somatic, relational, and strategic. When these dimensions are disconnected, leaders feel reactive, stretched, or misaligned. When they are integrated, leaders become clearer, steadier, and more effective.
This realization led me to create The Integrated Leadership Method — a framework that honours the whole person behind every decision.
