How is this different from therapy?
Coaching focuses on your leadership, your role, and the systems you are in. We make room for emotion and nervous-system awareness, but the work is oriented toward how you lead, decide, and relate at work. Therapy addresses clinical concerns and deeper healing; coaching is about how you show up as a leader now and going forward.
Can my organization sponsor this coaching?
Yes. Many leaders are sponsored by their organization, board, or HR team. We discuss what information is shared, what stays confidential, and how to align coaching with organizational goals while protecting your space to think honestly.
I don't have time for coaching. Is this realistic?
The program is designed with flexible scheduling and paced to fit your calendar and nervous system. Sessions are 60–75 minutes, and the rhythm is built around your capacity - not added pressure.
How do I know this will work for me?

Do you work virtually or in person?
